A TNA will assist you by pinpointing where your investment in training should be directed in order to achieve value and improved performance from any training and development initiatives you commit to.

A TNA is highly beneficial when a programme of change within the organisation is being planned or when an individual promotion is about to occur.

Typically, a TNA comprises of a questionnaire combined with individual interviews with staff across different levels within the organisation.

Once the results have been formulated, recommendations are made, training needs recognised and a plan can be implemented.
